Maged has more than 25 years experience in Business Consulting across multiple industries with a focus on IT.  Over his career, Maged has managed project teams of up to 150 people, working in Australia, China, Asia Pacific, USA, Germany and the Middle East.With a foundation in computer science and extensive consulting experience, Maged has led a number of landmark projects in IBM in Asia Pacific and developing markets based on analytics and big data including organisation design, growth strategies, competitive plays and sales and business model design.

Maged’s work has focused on the establishment of an analytics practice and the development or re-usable tools driving sales coverage design, optimization and sales productivity. Market development work in IBM resulted in targeted upgrading and opening hundreds of IBM branches across 35 countries.

Maged has presented as a guest speaker in industry and academic events on transformational analytics and sales performance management.
